[FERROL] A Cabana Dockland

The A Cabana dockland has been restored through a project presented by the Concello de Ferrol in the 2017 call for aid to projects that safeguard participatory local development strategies, approved to local action groups of the fishing sector for the sustainable development of fishing areas under the EMFF. It has been developed over 3 years (2017-2019).

The recovery of these facilities that were very productive in the sea sector, and that currently represent one of the few examples that exist of docklands, due to its uniqueness it can become an element of attraction for marine tourism, at the same time that it will make possible the recovery of traditional and sustainable construction methods.
